Pavlova

Pavlova

4 eggs whites
1 ½ teaspoon vinegar
3 small teaspoons cornflour
Pinch salt
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla

3 tablespoons cold water

Put all in mixer together for 15 – 20 mins, until stiff.
Cook for 10 mins at 180 and 1 hour at 120
Turn off and leave in oven until cold.
