Apricot Fudge

Apricot Fudge

175 grams brown sugar
1 tin condensed milk
2 packets girl guides (crushed)
250 grams butter
2 cups chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dessicated coconut

Heat sugar and butter and condensed milk slowly until smooth and blended.  Add apricots and biscuits.  Mix well and spread in sponge roll tin. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate. Cut into squares and store in sealed container.
