Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

1 1/2 Head of Broccoli, chopped finely
1/2 Head of Cauliflower chopped finely
About 10 strip of Bacon cooked, and chopped
3/4 sunflower seeds
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup red onions chopped
1 Red Capsicum chopped
Mix all the above together, and sit aside in refrigerator

Dressing:
50 grams Parmesan Cheese - Finely Grated
3 Tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
2 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
3 anchovy fillets
Lemon juice and zest from 1 large lemon
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce
1 handful of Basil
Blend all the dressing ingredients in blender, or with stick mixer

I combined the dressing with the vegetables just before serving.
Keep refrigerated
