Pico de Gallo – Salsa

4 Tomatoes chopped
1/2 Cup chopped Corinader
1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
1/2 cup sugared nuts chopped. I used almonds, but pistachio is good too
1 small red capsicum chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
2 red chili, seeded and chopped very finely
Juice of one lime.
Mix all up, and refrigerate for an hour. Serve as a salad or salsa. Great with Corn Chips
