Bliss Balls (Frooze Balls)

Bliss Balls

1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
1/2 Cup Ordinary dates
1/2 Cup Dried Banana Chips
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds

1 – 2 Tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup
Coconut to Roll balls in

Blitz Cashews, Almonds, Bananas, Sunflower seeds and Pumpkin Seeds. Do not blitz completely. Good to leave some decent sized bits.

Tip this in a bowl, and blitz the dates. I have used Medjool dates, but they are very expensive, and the ordinary kind seems to work fine.

Add the Brown rice syrup, and dates to the other bowl. Push this together with your hands until it starts to stick together

Keep a bowl of water beside you to wet your hands if necessary and form into balls. Roll in coconut and store in refrigerator.
