Layered Bean Dip
1 x 250 gram container cream cheese
1 x 250 gram container sour cream
1 jar Salsa
1 tin taco beans
Grated Tasty cheese
½ red capsicum finely chopped
½ green capsicum finely chopped
Beat cream cheese and sour cream together and spread onto a high sided plate. Sit in fridge covered with wrap for a few hours.
Drain salsa and spread on top of cream mix.
Drain taco beans and put on top of cream mix
Sprinkle finely grated cheese on top and sprinkle with capsicums.
Note: don’t use low fat sour cream. Hot salsa is good.
Serve with Corn Chips
