Cheese Ball

1 x 250gram container cream cheese
1 – 2 cups Tasty or vintage cheese grated
2 – 3 teaspoons onion stock (or onion soup mix)
1 tablespoon chives or parsley
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 – 4 tablespoons chutney (gherkin relish is good)
1 dessertspoon sherry (or use gherkin juice)
1 packet flaked almonds

Combine all except the almonds.  Shape into a roll, wrap in gladwrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then roll in the almonds and gladwrap again.

Or at Christmas time – shape into a cone shape, refrigerate, then roll in parsley and decorate with tiny bits of coloured capsicum, and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.

Serve with crackers.
