Cauliflower Fried Rice
1 Cauliflower
1 Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
6 Eggs
Vegetables / Meat of Your Choice
Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Saute diced onion and garlic with a little oil in a large pan, until soft
Add in grated Cauliflower and vegetables and Meat (we used finely chopped up cooked bacon, capsicum, spring onion, mushrooms)
Add in Soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook gently for 5 – 10 minutes on a low heat.
Beat eggs, and cook a flat omelette. Slice into strips and gently stir into the cauli mix. Serve
