Rice Pudding – Crock Pot

3/4 Cup short-grain rice
3 cups Milk (can use Soy)
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Pinch Salt
2 Tablespoons butter, diced

Rinse rice well in a sieve, under cold water
Put in lightly greased crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients, except for butter, and stir.
Sprinkle butter over top of rice mix.
Cover, and cook on high for 3 hours, or until rice has absorbed the liquid.
I often lift the lid and stir after about 15 mins, to make sure it is not sticking or clumping
