Home Made Toffee

3 Cups White Sugar
One Tablespoon Butter
One Tablespoon Malt Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water

All together in pot, dissolve on medium heat.
Simmer for 8 – 12 minutes, until it sets when dripped into cold water.

Pour onto lightly greased pan, or plate. Refrigerate, and break up. Store in sealed container.
