Emmy’s Chicken Pies

Roast chicken in oven, with one cup of water. Cool and shred the chicken.
Try to get the breast off in two pieces and chop this.

Cook mushrooms (portabello)
Cook Bacon, Drain fat off. Combine mushrooms and bacon in a bowl.

Make White Sauce – 2 Tablespoons Butter, 2 Tablespoons Flour, Milk, salt and pepper. Add all to this.

For the Pastry use Short Crust on the bottom, and Flaky on the top.
