Bacon & Cheese Mini Muffins
6 slices Bacon, Cooked and crumbled
2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 ½ Tablespoons Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Salt
1 ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Chives
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan
1 Cup Tasty Cheese (I used Vintage and Blue)
1 Beaten Egg
¾ Cup Milk
1 Pkt Cup of soup Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix
½ Cup Oil
Heat Oven to 200 Degrees Celcius.
Grease Mini Muffin tins, or use paper cases
In large bowl, combine Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Garlic, Chives, Cheeses Soup Mix and Bacon.
Combine Egg, Milk and Oil in another bowl. Mix gently into the dry ingredients. Stir only enough to moisten the dry ingredients.
Mini Muffins cooked for around 10 – 12 Minutes.
