Salmon Mousse
200 grams Smoked Salmon, flaked with a fork
250 grams Cream Cheese
1 – 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
½ cap of Brandy
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
3 Teaspoons Sweet Gherkin Juice (out of gherkin jar)
1 Teaspoon Drained Capers Chopped finely
3 Finely Chopped Sweet Gherkins
Combine all ingredients together. Pulse in food processor or with stick mixer until smooth.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for couple of hours.
Use in Sandwiches, rolls, or pipe onto crackers.
