Yoghurt Dip

2 cups plain unsweetened Yoghurt (drain overnight in muslin) (I use Symbio Plain)
1 – 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 Tablespoons prepared mustard (I use seed one)
2 chopped spring onions
2 tablespoons gherkin relish
2 tablespoons gherkins
¼ cup parsley (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper
Mix all together and chill

1327 kj or 317 calories for the whole container.
100 grams, approximately 1/2 cup would be around 331kj or 79 calories

Serve with fresh vegetables
