Kahlua
4 large cups brown sugar
4 cups water
6 teaspoons instant coffee
1 vanilla pod
1 quart McWilliams Crème de Cacao
Bring the above ingredients to boil for 5 minutes.
Strain thoroughly and let cool
Add 1 quart bottle of vodka. Pour all ingredients into a flagon bottle and shake vigourously daily for one week.
After one week shake, then halve recipe into two bottles, then add half a quart bottle of McWilliams Crème de Cacao to each.
