Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip

2 x 250 gram containers sour cream
1 packet frozen spinach, chopped up. Squeeze excess moisture out well with clean tea towel.
½ – ¾ cup ranch dressing
1 tin chopped up chestnuts
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chicken powdered stock
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Spring onions, chopped finely and sprinkled on top as well. Little paprika on top
Refrigerate and serve with carrots, crackers etc
