175 grams flaky pastry
Raspberry jam
125 grams butter
125 grams sugar
2 eggs
150 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Cream sugar and butter. Beat eggs and add alternatively with sifted flour and Baking Powder. Roll out pastry and line 21 patty tins. Put 1 teaspoon of jam on top of each pastry. Then 1 large spoon of mix on top. Small cross or circle of pastry on the top of each.
Bake 20 mins at 200.
