Auntie Jean’s Shortbread
8 ounces Butter
12 ounces flour
4 ounces icing sugar
2 ounces cornflour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cream butter and icing sugar, add salt. Add corn flour, then flour.
Knead, roll out and cut into pieces.
Prick with a fork, Bake at 175 degrees Celsius until lightly browned.
For approximately 25 minutes
