Rogan Josh – Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker

500 Grams cubed Beef, Lamb or Chicken
1 x Onion diced
4 cloves Garlic Crushed
2 Teaspoons Ginger Finely chopped
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup Cilantro or Parsley chopped
2 Teaspoons Garam Masala
1 – 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt (Or ordinary if you don’t have it)
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 to 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Water

Mix everything together in a large bowl.
This will marinate anywhere from half an hour to overnight in the fridge.

Put the mix in your instant pot/pressure cooker. Spread out across the bottom of the pot.

Cook at 15 minutes High Pressure for Lamb, 25 Minutes High Pressure for Beef, 10 Minutes High Pressure for chicken. 10 minutes Natural Release, and then let the pressure out.

NOTES: I doubled the recipe, and cooked for the same time.

Serve with Rice and Naan Bread
