Banana Loaf – Air Fryer

Banana Loaf / Bread- Air Fryer

    Cook Time 35 minutes
    Total Time 40 minutes

    Ingredients
    • 2 – 3 bananas mashed – the riper the better
    • 2 eggs
    • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 4 tablespoons oil
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 1/2 cups plain flour mixed with 1 level teaspoon baking soda

    Instructions
    1. Line a small baking tin or oven safe glass dish with baking paper and trim. Spray with a little oil.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg into the mashed banana. Then whisk in the sugar, oil, and milk.
    3. Add the flour and baking soda and mix until just combined.
    4. Pre-heat Air Fryer to 160C for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared tin/dish and bake in your oven or air fryer for 25 to 35 minutes or until a skewer poked into the bottom of the cake comes out
    clean. If you are bothered by the top getting too brown, cover with loose tinfoil for the last half of the cooking.
