Air Fryer Silverside

    Around 1.5 kilo Silverside
    1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
    1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar

    1. Mix the sugar, mustard and vinegar together in a bowl.

    2. Baste all over the Silverside, and tightly wrap it in tinfoil

    3. Cook at 180C for one hour

    4. Baste again and re-wrap loosely with the tinfoil, then cook at 180C for for 40 minutes

    5. Baste again, and leave tinfoil open this time, then cook at 200C for 10 minutes.

    Let the meat sit for 10 minutes before cutting it across the grain

    I put vegetables in the Air fryer at step 4. Potatoes, pumpkin, parsnip etc. Sprayed with Oil

    I think next time I do this I will make a mustard sauce from the drippings.

    Ingredients:
    •1 Egg
    •1 Tablespoon Flour
    •1/4 Cup Vinegar
    •1/4 Cup Sugar
    •1 teaspoon Powdered Mustard
    •1 Cup Liquor from the Beef
    • Pepper and Salt

    Instructions:
    Beat Egg and sugar together. Add flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Then stir in liquid gradually. Cook until mixture thickens.
