Wanda – Lemon Pudding
- 1 Cup Suga
2 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Corn Flour
Juice of 2 Lemons
2 Cups Milk
2 Egg Yolks
2 Egg Whites
Cream Butter and Sugar together
Add Corn Flour, lemon juice, Milk and Egg yolks
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into pie dish
Place in pan of hot water
Bake 1 hour at 150C
Watch the top as it can burn
