Keto Bread
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
Pinch baking soda
Melt the butter, add in the egg and almond flour and baking soda, and then mould into a shape, (I shape it like a big English muffin or two small ones on a plate) and microwave for 1 minute. Let cool, cut in half and toast.
Also, its not exact a science.. so add more flour etc if its too sticky, etc etc
