Bliss Balls – Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Nut Free

These are great. Really easy to make or change the fruit around, and nice to be gluten, diary and nut free.

1/2 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup of Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup of Dark Chocolate
1/2 Cup of dried fruit of choice. I have made it with Dates, dried apricots and dried cranberries.

Soak the 1/2 cup of fruit in hot water for 20 mins to soften it up. Then process it for short bursts in your mixer or by hand.

Roughly chop the chocolate into nut sized pieces. I used Whittakers’ 50% Dark or higher, as this keeps it dairy free

Cut the Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds finely, or process them for short bursts in mixer. It is good to have a few still whole really.

Put all four ingredients in a bowl together and mix with your hands until well combined.

Roll these in coconut or dried berry powders. If you have difficulty rolling them, keep a small bowl of water for dipping your hands in lightly.
