Chocolate Bark – St Patricks Day or Christmas

1 Block Whittakers Creamy Milk Chocolate
1 Block Whittakers Dark Chocolate
1 Block Whittakers White Chocolate
Green or Red Food Colouring
M & M’s for decorating
Leave a couple of pieces of white chocolate for throwing on top
Mint or any other flavouring

Melt the Creamy Milk and Dark Chocolate together slowly. Either in microwave on half power, or over a pot with a bowl on stove.

Spread this chocolate out thinly on waxed paper on a cookie tray. Wait 10 – 15 minutes.

Melt the first half of the white chocolate in the same manner. Flavour and colour as needed, and drizzle over the milk chocolate.

Melt the second half of the white chocolate, as above. Flavour and colour slightly darker or lighter than the previous one. Drizzle as above.

Take toothpick, and swirl through chocolate layers. Add M & M’s / other candy, eg red and white candy cane shards, or white chocolate shavings.

Set overnight, and break into shards.

We did St Patricks Day Bark, but Christmas bark looks great too
