Dressing for Coleslaw or Bean Salad

2 cups spiced or white vinegar (1/2 cup)
1 cup oil (1/4 cup)
6 Tablespoons Sucryl or 3 cups sugar (3/4 cup)
Ground Pepper

Boil until sugar dissolved.  Cool and bottle. (brackets is smaller amount)
I keep this in cupboard not fridge as the oil goes hard. Use an old bottle that you can shake, eg sauce bottle.

Sometimes I add dried basil or herbs, and also some of the juice from the sweet gherkins
