Shrimp cocktail sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
¼ cup cream (lightly whipped)
½ teaspoon curry powder
1 tin shrimps or prawns
Mix all together and add shrimps just before serving. Add cream last. Can add Surimi. Try skipping the cream and add Thousand Island Dressing.
