White Chocolate Orange Liqueur Mousse
500 ml cream
420 grams white chocolate – nestle white chocolate bits or chips
5 egg yolks
5 tablespoons liqueur, eg Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Heat cream gently, until just about to boil. Throw everything in a blender. Run until the noise stops. Pour into little liqueur glasses and chill at least 3 hours. Preferably overnight.
