3 ingredient Pizza Base

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Cup plain Greek Yoghurt

Preheat oven to 260 degrees celsius

mix flour, baking powder and yoghurt in a bowl. Tip onto a floured board and knead for around 5 to 10 minutes. Adding more flour as you need. (it can take quite a bit more flour as you knead it)

Lightly grease a 30cm tray. Spread dough to the edges.

Bake pizza base for 7 minutes. Add toppings and return to oven for another 7 – 10 minutes (Depending how you like it cooked)

Tips. I prick fork holes in base before baking

I like to spread the base with relish, then add toppings you like
