Kai Si Ming
500 grams Mince
¼ – ½ Cup Raw rice
1 packet chicken noodle soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegies of any kind
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon curry
2 small onions
2 cups water
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcester Sauce
1/4 shredded cabbage
Brown the Onion and mince in a large saucepan, stirring and turning it frequently
Add the 2 cups water and the remaining ingredients (except for cabbage). Cook for 15 mins stirring occasionally. Add the shredded cabbage and cook for 5 mins.
