Tuna and Courgette Spaghetti – 5:2

5 grams grated Parmesan 76kj
Lemon Juice 2 Tblespoon 25kj
Oil Spray 42kj
Can Tuna small, plain 351kj
300grams Courgette Spiralized 226kj
½ small Tub Yoghurt 142kj
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
Ground Pepper
950kj ish = 227 calories

Stir fry the noodles for about 2 – 3 minutes
Mix tuna, yoghurt, parmesan, lemon juice and chilli flakes
Lots of Ground Pepper

Add this to the Noodles and serve. It makes a little water, but tastes great

If you need this lower calories leave out the oil spray, as I am not sure it is needed anyway or use less yoghurt.

300grams spiralised courgette is around 2 courgettes
