Quiche – Whirlpool Crisp Microwave
3 – 4 cups chopped raw vegetables. I used a mix of potatoes, kumera, pumpkin, spinach, onion, carrot or tomato. Whatever I have really. Cook in microwave 6 – 7 minutes with a little water. Then drain.
4 – 5 Eggs
½ cup Milk
¼ cup melted Butter
1/2 cup Bacon, Ham or Salami chopped
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 onion chopped
1 cup grated cheese
couple of tablespoons of onion soup mix
Very good with Feta cheese added
Mix eggs and milk together and whisk. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pre-crisp the Crisp Dish for 3 minutes. Pour all ingredients into Crisp Dish.
Layer sliced tomatoes on top
Cook on Crisp for around 13 Minutes
