Rack of Lamb

Rack of Lamb – Whirlpool Crisp Microwaves

I marinated the rack with crushed garlic, fresh Rosemary, 1 teaspoon oil, and 2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar. This sat for the day while the 8 chop rack thawed.

I heated the crisp dish for 3.5 minutes. Placed baking paper on the crisp dish. Cooked rack on crisp for 6 minutes, turned, then crisp for 3 minutes.

The lamb rack rested for about 5 minutes. I tipped the juice over it to serve.

This was delicious, with just a touch of pink to the lamb.
