Peter’s Biscuits
450 grams Flour
450 grams Sultanas
225 grams of Butter
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Sugar
2 Dessertspoons Milk
2 Dessertspoons Golden Syrup
Bring to boil Baking Soda, Sugar, Milk and Golden Syrup and Butter. Cool and add flour and sultana’s.
Roll into balls, flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Cook in Moderate oven 180 C for 10 – 15 minutes
