Napoleon Dip (sweet dip) makes 2 bowls
1 cup cream
¼ cup reduced cream
1 tablespoon brandy
¼ cup softened cream cheese
2 Tablespoons liquid honey
½ cup sultanas
Beat together cream, cream cheese and reduced cream until thick
Add honey, brandy and sultana’s. Turn into serving dish and chill. Serve with a fruit and nut selection.
