Peppermint Creams
1 x 250 gram cream cheese
2 ounces butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
450 grams icing sugar
1 tablespoon peppermint essence
Roll into balls, press with a cotton reel or fork.
Can drizzle with chocolate, or half dip in white chocolate.
Or colour green and use dark chocolate to drizzle.
Keep in freezer in container
