Cheeseburger Spring Rolls – Air Fryer
500 Grams Mince Meat (Beef, Chicken or Pork)
1 small Onion – finely chopped
Spring Roll Wrappers – (Available in the frozen section beside pastry)
Cheese – I used slices of Swiss, but you could use grated
1 Packet of Noodles – I used Tom Yum Rice Noodles (optional)
About two cups of finely sliced cabbage or Kale
Burger Sauce (available in the sauce section of supermarket)
Mustard Sauce
Gherkins
Make the Noodles up, and drain the stock off them once they are soft. I freeze the stock and use it another time.
Brown the Onion, then add the Mince and brown.
add the Noodles, and Mix.
add the cabbage and mix
I didn’t thicken the mince, but next time will try this, and see if it keeps it moister
Spread out Spring Roll Wrapper
Lay your mince on it, then Noodles and then layer up with Gherkin, cheese and both sauces
Close your wrapper at the side first, and then roll up. Sealing at sides with a little warm water.
I preheated the air fryer for 5 mins at 200
Place the Rolls in, and sprayed with oil spray. Cooked for 12 minutes, turning every 4 minutes and spraying again if necessary.
