    Mince Pies – Air Fryer

    300 grams Minced Beef
    1 small Onion – Chopped
    1 Egg – Beaten

    Brown the onion, and add mince. Brown all together and cook with seasonings. I used Teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper and beef stock.

    Simmer about 10 minutes, then thicken with cornflour.

    Set aside to cool mixture.

    Roll out pastry, Cut into circle. Put 1 tablespoon of Mince Mix on one half of the circle. Brush around this with the beaten egg. Fold pastry over, and press with fork around the half circle.

    Brush pie with egg.

    Preheat Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 180.

    I cooked these at 180 Degrees for 8 minutes, then turned them over, brushed with egg and cooked for another 5 minutes.
