Pastry Pizza – Whirlpool Crisp n Grill

1 sheet of ready rolled flaky pastry
1/2 cup of chutney, pesto or sauce
1 cup thinly sliced vegetables, ie capsicum, cooked pumpkin, zucchini, spring onions or spinach
1//4 of packet of crumbled feta, or some drops of cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

On a sheet of baking paper place the pastry and prick all over with a fork
Spread the chutney thinly so as not to make the base wet.
Sprinkle over the vegetables, crumbled feta or cream cheese.
Lastly sprinkle the Parmesan.

Pre-heat the crisp plate using crisp function for 3 minutes.
Lift the baking paper with the prepared pizza on it, on to the hot crisp plate.

Cook 10 minutes on crisp, check the base is cooked, then cook for a further
2 minutes if required.
