Lamb Mince
Onions x 2
Worcester sauce
Brown Onion, add lamb mince. Cook through, add Worcester sauce, salt and pepper and a little chicken and beef stock powder.
Thicken with cornflour
I use this with flaky pastry and cook in the mini pie machine
Also, adding a spoonful or two of ketchup adds a really good flavour too!
