{"id":977,"date":"2019-07-23T19:43:57","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T07:43:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/debskitchen.co.nz\/?p=977"},"modified":"2019-07-23T19:45:14","modified_gmt":"2019-07-23T07:45:14","slug":"stellas-cheese-flan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/debskitchen.co.nz\/?p=977","title":{"rendered":"Stella&#8217;s Cheese Flan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/p>\n<ul>Stella&#8217;s Cheese Flan<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n1 Onion &#8211; Finely Chopped<br \/>\n3 cloves of Garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 to 1 bunch of parsley or fresh basil<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n2 &#8211; 3 slices of stale or fresh bread<br \/>\n2 cups grated tasty cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 to 1 cup milk (can use soy, almond or cow)<br \/>\nPastry sheets for base and sides<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nGrease baking dish (size really depends how much you are making.  I used a large square pan, so added extra cheese, 1 more egg and more bread etc<\/p>\n<p>Mix all other ingredients together in food processor, until it becomes a smooth, thick paste.<\/p>\n<p>If mixture appears too runny add more bread and cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Spread mixture onto pastry<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden.
