In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, baking powder, and a pinch<br \/>\n        of salt. Microwave on high until cheeses are melted, about 1 minute. Stir in egg.<br \/>\n2.\tShape dough into a \u00bd\u201d-thick oval on baking sheet.<br \/>\n3.\tIn a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Spoon mixture over top of bread.<br \/>\n4.\tBake until golden, 15 to 17 minutes. Slice and serve <\/p>\n<p>5.
