I used almonds, but pistachio is good too<br \/>\n1 small red capsicum chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 red onion chopped<br \/>\n2 red chili, seeded and chopped very finely<br \/>\nJuice of one lime.<\/p>\n<p>Mix all up, and refrigerate for an hour. Serve as a salad or salsa.
