Do not blitz completely. Good to leave some decent sized bits.<\/p>\n<p>Tip this in a bowl, and blitz the dates.  I have used Medjool dates, but they are very expensive, and the ordinary kind seems to work fine.<\/p>\n<p>Add the Brown rice syrup, and dates to the other bowl.  Push this together with your hands until it starts to stick together<\/p>\n<p>Keep a bowl of water beside you to wet your hands if necessary and form into balls.
