Really easy to make or change the fruit around, and nice to be gluten, diary and nut free.<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup of Sunflower Seeds<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup of Dark Chocolate<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup of dried fruit of choice.  I have made it with Dates, dried apricots and dried cranberries.<\/p>\n<p>Soak the 1\/2 cup of fruit in hot water for 20 mins to soften it up. Then process it for short bursts in your mixer or by hand.<\/p>\n<p>Roughly chop the chocolate into nut sized pieces. I used Whittakers&#8217; 50% Dark or higher, as this keeps it dairy free<\/p>\n<p>Cut the Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds finely, or process them for short bursts in mixer.  It is good to have a few still whole really.<\/p>\n<p>Put all four ingredients in a bowl together and mix with your hands until well combined.<\/p>\n<p>Roll these in coconut or dried berry powders.  If you have difficulty rolling them, keep a small bowl of water for dipping your hands in lightly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BLISS BALLS These are great.
