Available in vegetable section at supermarket. Drained, dried with paper towel, and squished with a fork<br \/>\n2 x cans Chick Peas (Rinsed and Drained)<br \/>\nTahini &#8211; 1 teaspoon<br \/>\nlemon juice &#8211; 1 teaspoon<br \/>\n4 Tablespoons of Balsamic reduction<br \/>\na dash of Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>Blend all together in mixer and chill.<\/p>\n<p>If you can&#8217;t buy balsamic reduction you can make your own.<br \/>\nBring 1 cup of balsamic vinegar to the boil, then simmer until reduced by half, or a little longer if you want it thicker.<br \/>\nI can buy this at New World most of the time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beetroot Dip 1 Packet of Pre Cooked Whole Beetroot.
