(Leave the skin on, its easier to get it off later)<br \/>\n2 teaspoons Olive Oil<br \/>\n1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic, leave this whole with the skin on<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Tahini<br \/>\n1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Brown Rice syrup<br \/>\n1 Tbsp fresh orange juice, fresh + pinch of orange zest (plus more zest as garnish)<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp ginger<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt &#038; \u00bc teaspoon white pepper<\/p>\n<p>Lay the pumpkin and garlic on a tray in the oven, toss with the 2 teaspoons of Oil. Bake in oven at 180 for around an hour.  Take this out and cool. <\/p>\n<p>Take skin off Pumpkin, and squeeze garlic out into a bowl. Discard skins<\/p>\n<p>Combine everything else in a bowl and mix with stick mixer or kitchen whiz until it reaches the consistency you like.<\/p>\n<p>Garnish with orange zest or curl up a slice of orange.
