{"id":640,"date":"2015-08-03T22:09:50","date_gmt":"2015-08-03T10:09:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/debskitchen.co.nz\/?p=640"},"modified":"2015-08-03T22:15:38","modified_gmt":"2015-08-03T10:15:38","slug":"sour-cream-bacon-slow-cooker-chicken-crock-pot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/debskitchen.co.nz\/?p=640","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Chicken &#038; Bacon &#8211; Crock Pot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/p>\n<ul>\nCreamy Chicken &#038; Bacon &#8211; Crock Pot<\/ul>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serves: 6<br \/>\nPreparation Time: 5 mins<br \/>\nCooking Time: 4-6 hrs on low<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<p>1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets (I used Chicken Breasts, and cooked for 4 hours)<br \/>\n200g diced bacon<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of minced garlic<br \/>\n1 x 420g cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup (no water added)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup flour<br \/>\n1 cup sour cream<\/p>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n<p>Place chicken and bacon in crock pot bowl<br \/>\nCombine garlic, soup and flour and pour over chicken<br \/>\nCover and cook on low for 4 &#8211; 6 hrs <\/p>\n<p>10mins prior to serving stir through sour cream (you can leave this out if you like, it is good either way)<\/p>\n<p>Serve on pasta or with vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE:  I used Chicken Breasts and found this was cooked at 4 hours. I put sliced carrots, broccoli and beans into an oven bag.
