This sat for the day while the 8 chop rack thawed.<\/p>\n<p>I heated the crisp dish for 3.5 minutes. Placed baking paper on the crisp dish. Cooked rack on crisp for 6 minutes, turned, then crisp for 3 minutes. <\/p>\n<p>The lamb rack rested for about 5 minutes.
