Add eggs, milk and dry ingredients.  Makes soft dough.<\/p>\n<p>Halve dough and roll out on greaseproof paper.  Lay already cooked apple on half.  Sprinkle with a mix of sugar, cinnamon and spice. Fold the other half over and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar, cinnamon and spice on top of dough.  Makes 2 trays.  Cook like scones.
